AT&T - Uber CEO Travis Kalanick said his company's call-a-car anywhere app will be embedded in the wireless carrier's Android phones, starting this summer. Shares of AT&T edged higher in after-hours trading.
Juniper Networks - The network solution company said it had resolved patent litigation with Palo Alto Networks, with the latter to pay $75 million in cash and $100 million in shares of its common stock. Juniper Networks' shares gained in after-hours trading.
Palo Alto Networks - The provider of network security posted third-quarter adjusted earnings per share of 11 cents on $150.7 million in revenue, beating expectations of EPS of 10 cents on $146 million in sales. Its shares jumped in after-hours trading.
Tilly's - The retailer fell sharply in after-hours trading after reporting first-quarter revenue below expectations and projecting current-quarter earnings beneath estimates.
