NACD Philadelphia Names Connors as President

PHILADELPHIA, June 4, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Philadelphia Chapter has announced that Terence J. Connors has been named President. Connors is a senior audit partner in KPMG's Philadelphia office where he serves as the Pennsylvania Business Unit's Professional Practice Partner.

Connors has served as engagement partner or concurring review partner for many large public companies. He completed a rotation in KPMG's national office in New York. In October, 2011, Connors was elected to KPMG LLP's Board of Directors. He is a frequent speaker and panelist with KPMG's Audit Committee Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and other professional groups. He also serves as a Trustee for his alma mater, St. Joseph's Preparatory School and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Gesu School, an independent Catholic School in the Jesuit tradition.
