Mills joins Insight from IBM and brings a wealth of technology solution selling experience. In addition to the Michigan Region, Mills will oversee the Ohio Valley and Kentucky markets as well. Her most recent role as a member of IBM's Global Technology Service team focused on retail and distribution clients in the Ohio region where she earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients. In her role as an IBM services client representative beginning in 2010, Mills worked hands-on with IT and C-level executives for infrastructure service solutions which enabled IBM to grow among large enterprise and public sector businesses.

Mills began her career at IBM in 1984 and has held a number of sales and management positions in Chicago, New York, Ohio and Michigan. Additionally, Mills worked as an account executive for Software Information Systems, where she spearheaded the development of new territory for the company in Central Ohio. As part of Lenovo International Inc.'s 2005 acquisition of IBM's PC division, Mills worked among the Lenovo team to transition the sales team and customer base.
