(Nasdaq:ROIC) announced today that it plans to offer 12,500,000 shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to reduce borrowings under the Company's $350.0 million unsecured revolving credit facility.
Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
