SAN DIEGO, June 13, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. (Nasdaq:ROIC) announced today that it has priced a public offering of 12,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of $14.95 per share, for net proceeds of approximately $178.6 million after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to reduce borrowings under the Company's $350.0 million unsecured revolving credit facility.
