The initial release of Interact Professional offered quick access to current and parked calls, presence management, call history and contacts. With this new release, Allworx is expanding Interact Professional's capabilities with numerous additional views, contact filters and dialing and transferring shortcuts. Call recording has been added with a single click and recorded calls can be stored anywhere. An external program link enables a URL search or an application command script to access a selected application or database, generating additional information for every call.
