NEW YORK, June 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Richard Vorisek Associates (RVA), a New York-based consulting firm specializing in global retail and brand development, today announced the signing of a long term strategic consulting alliance with BlueSpace Enterprise, Management, Consulting Company (EMCC), Ltd., based in Guangzhou with a branch office in Hangzhou.

This announcement comes after a recent trip to China where Richard Vorisek, RVA's Founder/CEO and Mary Hamilton, RVA's newly appointed President, conducted an extensive series of seminars to key clients of Blue Space.

Entitled "360 Degrees of Retail Excellence," the presentations and workshops focused on merchandising, planning and allocation, trend forecasting, product development, e-commerce, marketing and brand development, and building customer-centric organizations. Over a three-week period, RVA worked with a total of sixteen highly diversified domestic men's and women's retailers, ranging in size from a newly formed luxury brand with 80+ boutiques to a fast-retailer with over 10,000 stores.
