Prosecutors: Stiffer sentence for Mathew Martoma

In seeking a stiffer sentence than the probation department's recommendation, prosecutors called ex-SAC Capital employee Mathew Martoma "the central figure in the most lucrative insider trading scheme ever charged."

The probation department recommended 96 months of incarceration.

Martoma is scheduled to face sentencing on Mon., July 28.
