(Nasdaq:KTWO) (the "Company"), a global medical device company focused on designing, developing and commercializing innovative and proprietary complex spine technologies, techniques and minimally invasive procedures, today announced it has been added to the Russell 2000® Index, Russell 3000® Index and Russell Global Index as part of the annual reconstitution by Russell Investments of its U.S. and global equity indexes on June 27, 2014.
