This time, the prominent venture capitalist shared the top 10 ways entrepreneurs can destroy their high-growth start-ups, and damage Silicon Valley in the process.
His tips include, "Only hire, and only train/motivate/incent your managers to hire -- don't optimize efficiency, don't do performance management, don't fire."
