The company will introduce a first-of-its-kind car rental operation at DIA on Monday, August 11th. Denver marks Silvercar's 8th airport location nationwide and its third market opening in just three months.

Silvercar will offer a competitive $59/day introductory rate at DIA. That's a fully-loaded Audi offered for less than the price of the competitions' mid and full-size cars like the Chevy Impala.
Canopy Parking is a state-of-the-art LEED® Gold Certified establishment and is the greenest parking facility in the world. Powered by solar, geothermal and wind technologies, the company has raised the bar for airport parking. The Silvercar fleet will be available in Canopy's indoor customer facility, replete with complimentary WiFi, coffee and daily newspaper.

Silvercar's customers will use Canopy's zero-emission shuttle service to get to and from the terminal. "It's a great way for us to enter the Denver market," says Silvercar's Schneider. Silvercar's model eliminates the typical frustration points associated with airport car rental. In lieu of counters, queues, paperwork and gates, the company hosts nearly all of its customer experience in a smartphone app. Rather than wait in lines or fill out paperwork, customers complete their profile and payment information online or in the Silvercar app prior to arrival. Once they land at the airport, customers simply board the Canopy shuttle and use the mobile app to unlock their own silver Audi A4 at the Canopy facility. The keys are waiting inside the car and the customer is able to drive right off. "It really doesn't get any easier," adds Schneider.
In addition, each Silvercar is equipped with Google Earth GPS navigation, SiriusXM satellite radio, in-car Wi-Fi and a toll tag—all at no additional charge, and the company only charges local pump prices for fuel refills.
Silvercar currently operates at Los Angeles Int'l (LAX), San Francisco Int'l (SFO), Dallas Fort-Worth Int'l (DFW), Dallas Love-Field (DAL), Austin-Bergstrom Int'l (AUS), Phoenix Sky Harbor Int'l (PHX) and Miami Int'l (MIA). "Expect more to come from us this year," added Schneider.
