NOTE: "Black Women On…" is the closing session of the 2014 Women's Leadership Forum, a one-day event organized by The Executive Leadership Council and Foundation featuring panel discussions and networking opportunities for senior black women corporate executives and their protégés. This year's theme is "Success Enhanced: Chapter by Chapter." The forum will feature senior corporate executives and expert researchers examining the current state of black women executives in America through the lenses of education, culture, community and profession, including a focus on how to be successful in the next act of life, whether it's professional or personal.
