ProVision Communications acquires 360 Networx

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 4, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ProVision Communications, a technology services firm, announced today they have reached an agreement to acquire a 100 percent interest in Phoenix, Arizona-based 360 Networx. The combined entity will be renamed Provision Networks.

"The mobility and security expertise of 360 Networx will significantly enhance our current product offerings, particularly to our hospitality and gaming customers," said Clayton Straub, president, Provision Networks.
