Comverge Appoints Utility Industry Veteran David Neal as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

NORCROSS, Ga., Aug. 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Comverge, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent energy management solutions, today announced that David Neal has been appointed as the company's senior vice president, sales and marketing. Mr. Neal has more than 25 years of experience leading high-performance sales and marketing teams in the enterprise solutions industry with more than a decade focused on the utility industry.

Most recently, Neal was the senior vice president, North America sales and operations at Space-Time Insight, a provider of solutions that help companies in asset-intensive industries, such as electric utilities, make faster, more-informed decisions. Previously, Neal was senior vice president sales, Americas at Ventyx, an ABB Company, a software company with asset and customer management solutions serving the utility industry. Neal also spent 15 years at JD Edwards, now a part of Oracle's Enterprise Resource Planning software line, where he served as general manager, Western area.
