SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 14, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Matrix Medical Network® (Matrix), the leading provider of in-home health assessments and care management services for health plan members, has expanded operations and opened a new contact center in its Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters. Matrix will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the center's opening on Monday, August 18, 2014.
The company opened its original state-of-the-art contact center facility in Clearwater, Florida in April 2012, and quickly expanded into an adjacent facility in September 2013. Matrix contact center associates schedule more than 2,000 in-home health assessments for health plan members each day and coordinate the nationwide routing of more than 600 Matrix Nurse Practitioners who visit those members.
"The additional center will allow us to continue to support our rapid growth and expanding services," said Matrix Chief Executive Officer Randy Dobbs. "While also providing geographic diversity that will help us align our business operations with the national footprint of the members we serve."
The new Scottsdale center location will have space for about 80 additional Matrix team members. The ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for August 18 from 9 – 9:30 a.m. at the Matrix headquarters: 9201 E. Mountain View Rd. Suite 220, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
