The meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. CDT at the Company's headquarters located at 121 S. 17th Street, Mattoon, IL 61938.
Stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 21, 2014, the record date for the special meeting, will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the special meeting.
