(OTC PINK:CMKI) announced that it will partner with China Investment, Inc., the owner/developer of the New China Town real estate development and open its new pachinko parlor in Salt Lake City. This year, the Company plans to open the first pachinko parlor in the U.S.
The initial phase of the Development has already opened on State Street in Salt Lake City. The Development contains restaurants and a variety of Asian inspired stores. Phase two of the project was completed last month with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Asian supermarket. The third and final phase has been approved to include other retail businesses on the Main Street side of the Development.
The Company's new CEO, Peter Dalton, believes the Development will be a model for other cities seeking to develop or enhance a local China Town as an entertainment venue.
