(Nasdaq:SNAK) today announced the commencement of a registered underwritten public offering of 3,290,000 shares of the Company's common stock by a stockholder of the Company. The selling stockholder has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 493,500 additional shares. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
