(NASDAQ:NAVG) today announced that Navigators Underwriting Ltd., its European underwriting management subsidiary, has opened offices in Paris, France; Milan, Italy; and Rotterdam, The Netherlands to better service brokers and businesses in those markets. Initially the offices will underwrite marine, management liability and professional liability insurance.
