Apparel retailer VF Corp. could soon see shares push higher, CNBC's Jim Cramer said Friday.

The company owns a large portfolio of brands, including Eagle Creek, Eastpak and Vans. Its The North Face brand has been "on fire" lately, Cramer said on "Squawk on the Street."

VF, which also owns the Lee and Wrangler brands, should benefit from falling cotton prices, he said.

Next week, VF will host a Timberland brand investor meeting.

"I smell big upside surprise," Cramer said.
