(Nasdaq:PRQR) announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 8,625,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $13.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase 1,125,000 additional ordinary shares. The aggregate net proceeds to the Company, after underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses, will be approximately $102 million. The company's ordinary shares were approved for listing on the NASDAQ Global Market and began trading under the symbol "PRQR" on September 18, 2014.
Leerink Partners and Deutsche Bank Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. JMP Securities acted as lead manager, and H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC acted as co-manager for the offering.
