Restaurant and arcade chain Dave & Buster's Entertainment on Monday said it will offer 5.88 million shares at $16 to $18 each in its initial public offering.
The shares will trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker "PLAY," the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The proposed maximum offering price for the IPO is about $121.8 million.
