Cintas - The supplier of uniform apparel rose after posting better-than-expected quarterly results.

EBay - The online marketplace surged after saying it would split from its payments unit PayPal in 2015.

Ford Motor - The auto manufacturer declined after cutting its 2014 profit outlook.

Masco - The distributor of home-improvement and building products climbed after saying it would spin off its services business.

Move - The online real-estate business jumped after News Corp. said it would pay about $950 million to buy the company.

PDF Solutions - The technology supplier dropped sharply after saying it no longer expects two contracts to be signed.

Teekay - The shipper rose after Deutsche Bank upgraded its shares to "buy" from "hold."

Walgreen - The drugstore chain declined after tallying a $239 million loss in its fiscal fourth quarter.
