Hilco to Conduct Online Auction of Technical Training Equipment from Sacramento College

SACRAMENTO, CALIF., Oct. 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hilco Industrial will conduct an online auction to sell automotive, HVAC and electrical diagnostic and repair equipment no longer required by WyoTech, a well-known technical college in West Sacramento, CA. Bidding ends for this auction starting Oct. 21 through Oct. 24, 2014 depending on the equipment category.

WyoTech uses state-of-the-art machinery and equipment to instruct students in the automotive, diesel, motorcycle, marine, collision & refinishing, plumbing, and electrical fields. Their hands-on training programs prepare students to work with major companies in their industries, including many with which they've partnered, such as NHRA, Pep Boys, Snap-on, Peterbilt, and AAMCO.

The automotive equipment offered at the auction will include brake wheel & alignment equipment, training aids, cranes, lifts, diagnostic & test equipment, in addition to approximately 45 teaching cars, two race cars, hot rod frames and other vehicles in various conditions.

Collision refinishing equipment will feature fabricating equipment, painting systems, washers, mig & tig welders, spot welders, dust collection systems and more. Diagnostic tools, rolling tool boxes, specialty tool kits and other equipment used in diesel technology programs will be offered. The HVAC training lab features test furnaces, air conditioners, welders, oxy acetylene torch sets, rolling layout tables, Snap-On tool boxes, hand & power tools, and the electrical training program will offer GE motor control centers, transformers, wiring boards and much more.
