STATE COLLEGE, Pa., Oct. 20, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rex Energy Corporation (Nasdaq:REXX) today announced that the Board of Directors of Rex Energy Corporation has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $145.00 per share on its 6.0% Series A convertible perpetual preferred stock, which is the dividend payable from the original issue date of August 18, 2014 through November 14, 2014. As a result, on November 15, a dividend of $1.45 per depository share, each representing a 1/100th interest in a share of Series A convertible perpetual preferred stock will be paid to holders of record at the close of business on November 1, 2014.
