Korean technology giant Samsung may be moving to Manhattan.
The firm is looking for offices up to 1 million square feet according to a report from the Wall Street Journal.
The real estate search is still in its early stages and it is unclear if Samsung—which already has offices in New Jersey and Silicon Valley—will move operations of its existing sites to Manhattan or if it is establishing a whole new office. Its advisers Cushman & Wakefield are said to have reached out to developers and looked at sites including Hudson Yards in the far West Side and World Trade Center.
