He most recently held the position of Senior Director of Business Process Improvement for the company. With more than 30 years of global experience in successful customer-facing operations management, Scott's diverse background in executive leadership, business development and proven execution capabilities, give him a unique combination of skills necessary to steer the company's operations at a time of explosive growth and transformation.

Scott holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Engineering from McMaster University. In his spare time he is an avid wake boarder and enjoys playing hockey.
