NEW YORK, Nov. 18, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Moses & Singer LLP is proud to announce that Lauren Mack joined the firm as a partner in the White Collar Criminal Defense and Government Investigations and Healthcare Litigation practice groups. Lauren brings a wealth of experience in criminal investigations, litigation and healthcare fraud and abuse to the firm's practice.
Lauren was previously an Executive District Attorney and served as Chief of the Healthcare Fraud Unit, Chief of Investigations, Chief of Public Assistance Crimes Unit, and Chief of Crimes against Children Unit in the Kings County District Attorney's Office. During her twenty-five year tenure in that Office, Lauren was responsible for recovering over $10 million on fraudulent claims and assessing over 2000 allegations of fraud totaling over $18 million in alleged fraudulent claims.
Lauren founded and directed a Healthcare Fraud Division where, as Chief of the Division, she led a team of investigators, prosecutors, and forensic accountants in the investigations and prosecutions of medical providers for Medicaid and Medicare fraud.
