(Nasdaq:HABT) ("The Habit"), today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $18.00 per share. The number of shares issued at closing included full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option of 750,000 shares. All of the shares were offered by The Habit. The Habit received approximately $92.4 million in proceeds from the offering, net of underwriting fees and estimated expenses.
