ALPHEN AAN DEN RIJN, Netherlands, Dec. 1, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wolters Kluwer announces that Maryjo Charbonnier will join the company per January 2015 as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Charbonnier succeeds Kathy Baker, who will retire after 10 years in the role. Maryjo is currently Chief Human Resources Officer at Broadridge, and prior to that held several HR leadership roles at PepsiCo.
