"As we approach our 20th year," explains Deborah Westphal, "we have created a new leadership construct designed to position us for the next 20 years. Toffler Associates is entering a phase of expansive growth, and moving forward, it will be critical for us to balance that growth with maintaining the things that make us special. And I can't think of two better people than Tyler and Hans to help us do that."
