Korn/Ferry International - The provider of talent management rose in extended-hours trading after posting second-quarter revenue of $256 million, topping estimates of $251 million.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts - The doughnut seller fell in after-hours trading after its disappointing third-quarter results.

Yum Brands - The operator of Taco Bell and other quick-service restaurants dropped in after-hours trading after it projected single-digit earnings per share growth in 2014.
