An Apple Store is coming to the famously hip neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the New York Post reported on Tuesday.

Without disclosing the price, Apple has signed a long-term lease for a 20,000 square-foot store at 247 Bedford Ave. at the corner of North 3rd Street, the Post said. No one involved would comment to the newspaper.

Apple will give the current two-story brick structure a complete makeover for an expected April 2015 opening, the newspaper said.

"We haven't made any announcements about a store coming in that location," Apple spokesman Nick Leahy told CNBC.
