After-hours buzz: Adobe, Frontier, SeaWorld & more

Check out which companies are making headlines after the bell Thursday:

Adobe Systems - The software company rose in after-hours trading after posting fiscal fourth-quarter adjusted earnings per share of 36 cents on $1.07 billion in revenue, versus expectations for EPS of 30 cents on $1.06 billion in sales.

Frontier Communications - The wireless provider edged higher after saying it would hike its quarterly dividend 5 percent to 10.5 cents a share in 2015.

SeaWorld Entertainment - The theme park operator gained in after-hours trading after saying its CEO would step down in January.

Quiksilver - The supplier of outdoor apparel declined in after-hours trading after reporting disappointing quarterly results.

United Technologies - The provider of technology products and services fell in extended-hours trading after saying CEO Louis Chenevert had retired, effective immediately.
