Condé Nast greeted by rats at new World Trade Center office

A month after Condé Nast moved into its new downtown office in 1 World Trade Center, the company is receiving unwelcome visits—from rats.

An insider told the New York Post that rats were sighted at least twice in the office. There were also signs that rats were nibbling on leftover food.

Another person familiar with the issue said, "There was some extermination over the last few weeks," according to the Post.
