(the "Company") (Nasdaq:HCCI), today announced that the underwriters of its previously announced public offering of common stock have exercised, in full, their option to purchase an additional 465,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price of $10.00 per share. Proceeds from the exercise of the option are expected to be approximately $4.4 million after deducting the underwriting discount.
William Blair & Company, L.L.C. is acting as Lead Book-Running Manager for the offering. Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated and Needham & Company, LLC are acting as Passive Bookrunners for the offering.
The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about December 17, 2014 subject to customary closing conditions.
