Midday movers: Alkermes, Lennar, Radian Group & more

Take a look at some of Wednesday's midday movers:

Alkermes - The company surged after reporting positive results on its experimental schizophrenia drug.

Lennar - The home builder and others including Toll Brothers, KB Home, PulteGroup and DR Horton gained amid reports President Barack Obama on Thursday will announce a cut in Federal Housing Administration mortgage-insurance premiums.

Radian Group - The mortgage insurer and rival MGIC Investment fell on the FHA news.

Exxon Mobil - The oil producer and competitors including Chevron, Hess and Anadarko Petroleum rebounded with crude.

Janus Capital Group - The asset manager climbed rose after JPMorgan upgraded the stock to overweight from underweight.

Joy Global - The miner fell after KeyBanc downgraded the stock to hold from buy.

Molson Coors Brewing - The beer maker rose on plans to bring two of its brands to Chile.

Supervalu - The wholesale distributor edged higher after posting better-than-expected third-quarter results.

Monsanto - The seed producer advanced after posting better-than-expected first-quarter results.

Arena Pharmaceuticals - The drug developer soared after reporting positive results from a clinical trial of its possible treatment of autoimmune diseases.

Garmin - The GPS company climbed after Morgan Stanley upgraded the stock to equal weight from underweight.
