The Platform leverages industry leading service management and SaaS provider, ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW), and is currently available to Glowpoint's channel partners and enterprise customers.
The Video Service Platform automates and streamlines critical functions and workflows needed by IT organizations for managing enterprise video collaboration environments.
