Matthews International Declares Quarterly Dividend

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Matthews International Corporation (Nasdaq:MATW) announced that its Board of Directors declared, at its regularly scheduled meeting today, a dividend of $0.13 per share on the Company's common stock for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. The dividend represents an annual rate of $0.52 per share and a dividend yield of 1.1% based on the closing price of the Company's common stock today. The dividend is payable February 16, 2015 to stockholders of record February 2, 2015.

Matthews International Corporation, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a provider principally of brand solutions, memorialization products and industrial automation solutions. Brand solutions include graphics imaging products and services, and merchandising solutions.
