(Nasdaq:RDUS) (the "Company"), a science-driven biopharmaceutical company focused on developing potential new therapeutics for patients with advanced osteoporosis as well as other serious endocrine-mediated diseases, including hormone responsive cancers, today announced that it has priced its public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $36.75 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of its common stock, exercisable for 30 days.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC is acting as lead manager.
