As noted above, $0.078192 of the common stock dividend of $0.16625 per share paid on January 15, 2014, with a record date of December 31, 2013, has been allocated to the 2014 tax year. The common stock dividend of $0.17 per share that was paid on January 15, 2015, with a record date of December 31, 2014, will be allocated to the 2015 tax year.
