SAN DIEGO, Jan. 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TRACON Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,600,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share. TRACON's common stock is expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "TCON" on January 30, 2015. The offering is expected to close on February 4, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by TRACON. In addition, TRACON has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 540,000 shares of common stock. Concurrently with the offering, TRACON is also selling through a separate private placement 500,000 shares of its common stock to New Enterprise Associates 14, L.P., an existing stockholder, at the initial public offering price.
