Dr. Bales is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine (1990) and Emergency Medicine (1996) with extensive experience in clinical trials and research. She will be working closely with the Company's COO, Gene Elliott, and will provide oversight and leadership through the implementation of the Company's GxP quality program.
