MILLY and the Council of Fashion Designers of America will visit the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square in celebration of the first day of New York Fashion Week 2015.

In honor of the occasion, Michelle Smith, founder and designer of New York-based fashion brand MILLY will ring the Closing Bell along with Steven Kolb, CEO of the Council of Fashion Designers of America.
