A lot has changed for comedian Rosie O'Donnell recently. Last week, she resigned from "The View" citing health problems and her split from Michelle Rounds. Now she is selling off real estate, including a Florida home she bought with Rounds in 2013, reports real estate website Zillow.com.

The 4,648-square-foot home on an island called Casey Key has been listed for $5.75 million. It has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 100 feet of beachfront with a private dock.

The house also has an elevator, a four-car garage and hurricane-rated windows. A full-service marina about a mile away offers dry-boat storage. The interior is designed with imported French oak floors and doors and designer marble work.

In December, O'Donnell also sold her Greenwich Village penthouse for $9 million.
