Jim O'Boyle is being recognized for his role in overseeing the expansion of Varonis' channel team on a regional level in order to improve partner development and boost recruitment efforts. Under his leadership, in the past year Varonis has successfully established new and improved ways to align its field sales representatives and inside representatives for even greater partner engagement as well as delivering high-touch enablement to the partner community. O'Boyle also led the signing of several new partners who have strong relationships with leading storage and security vendors and can help further introduce Varonis' offerings to the mid-tier market.
Barbara Abboud was first tasked with building out Varonis' field channel team in early 2014, and in just under a year she has significantly grown the Varonis channel team. Abboud is also being recognized for her role in overseeing the introduction of Varonis' first Partner Portal so that partners can more efficiently access partner-specific tools, training, and support.
