Since early 2014, Walgreens and Inovalon have collaborated to offer two versions of member assessments at Healthcare Clinic locations. Both utilized Inovalon's cloud-based Electronic Patient Assessment Solution Suite (ePASS®) intervention support platform. While one version was fully integrated into Inovalon's advanced analytics platform, the other version allowed encounters to be performed within the platform unaided by analytics. With this expansion of the relationship, Walgreens will provide only analytically-driven patient assessments supported by ePASS®.
