(OTCBB:SIMH) ("Sanomedics" or the "Company"), a medical technology company that focuses on providing game changing products, services and ideas, announced today that the Company's Thermomedics, Inc. division, makers of the world's leading TouchFreeTM Clinical Thermometer, Caregiver®, has signed a comprehensive distribution agreement with Alliant Healthcare Products, a leading distributor of healthcare products to federal supply channels.
Alliant Healthcare Products is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business which has been awarded over $380 million in government sales contracts since 2010 to every Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD) facility worldwide. The agreement with Thermomedics is focused on the proactive selling of all Thermomedics' products including the Caregiver, into the federal government and identifying new opportunities.
