Together with his team in Israel, Noam brings extensive experience as it relates to digital cryptography, encryption and security as it pertains to the Internet of Things. With this addition, CipherLock has been able to engage some of the best cyber-security experts that currently or have worked for state and national defense institutions in an array of deployments.

Noam Kaiser is an experienced VC investment Manager, with expertise in screening early stage ICT companies, and supporting startup companies' business development efforts.

His experience includes leading the seed stage ICT companies screening for the Ofer GroupTechnological Incubator, Naiot Venture Accelerator, and currently manages Investment activities and deal flow for one of Israel's leading Venture Capital funds, Gemini Israel Ventures.
