If you've got flooring in your home from Lumber Liquidators, you might be a little concerned after a recent "60 Minutes" report. The broadcast accused the company of selling some laminate flooring from China tainted with excessive levels of formaldehyde, a known carcinogen.

The pollutant can seep from the floors into the air.

Now the company is offering any customer who asks for it a free home air quality kit to test for the presence of formaldehyde.

Use this online form.

The company said the the test results will be analyzed by an independent and accredited lab and emailed within 10 days.
